At Boo Bites, we put a lot of love and care into making sure every pack you open is fresh, delicious, and natural — just the way healthy snacking should be.
Our policy lasts 3 days from the date you receive your order.
If more than 3 days have gone by since your purchase, we’re sorry — we won’t be able to offer a refund or exchange.
Because our products are perishable, we can only offer a refund or replacement if there’s a genuine manufacturing defect or quality issue.
We want you to enjoy every bite with confidence — and if something ever goes wrong, we’re here to make it right.

How to Request a Return
If you’ve received a defective or damaged item, please drop us an email at sales@boobites.com within 3 days of delivery, including:
Your order number
A short description or photo of the issue
Your proof of purchase
Once we receive your request, our team will review it and get back to you with the next steps.
Refunds (if approved)
If your refund is approved, we’ll process it within a few working days, and the amount will be credited back to your original payment method.
You’ll also get an email confirmation once it’s done.
Didn’t get your refund yet?
If you haven’t received your refund after a few days:
Check your bank or card statement again
Contact your bank or card provider (sometimes it takes a little time)
If it still hasn’t shown up, email us at sales@boobites.com — we’ll be happy to help.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they’re defective or damaged.
If you’d like to exchange it for the same item, please email us at sales@boobites.com and send the item to:

Gifts
If your order was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return once we get it back.
If it wasn’t marked as a gift, the refund will go to the person who made the purchase.
